DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.

Once the order has been processed, delivery time may vary from 1 to 3 working days.

When ordered alone, THE Bag, THE Kit and THE Comb can be delivered beyond 3 working days.

Delays of up to 7 working days are possible for shipments to remote areas.

Deliveries are available Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Longer delays may be incurred during the holiday season.

Where applicable, delivery charges are added to the shopping basket prior to payment of the order.

GUARANTEES

No warranty is issued for all products.

If a product has been damaged during delivery, please contact us 48 hours after receiving the parcel at

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

No refunds will be issued for all LA Touffe products.

For the LA Touffe kit, an exchange is possible only if the zipper is defective and within 15 days of purchase. Please contact us at
Administration@latouffe.ca
and we’ll let you know about return procedures so that we can send you a new kit.

For densifying fibers, no refund or exchange will be made for the wrong color. In the event that the color ordered is not the one received and the packaging is still intact, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at Administration@latouffe.ca and we will inform you of the return procedures so that we can send you the correct color.

ORDER

Once the order has been placed and processed, no changes can be made.
